Summer soup is one of the favourite soupy noodles for my lil ones. It contains all nutrients both vegetables and meat. Its a filling dish for that makes your kids playfull summer healthy and tasty. This soup can be served as breakfast, lunch or dinner. Making them fulling and energize them for their endless activities of the day.
Beans – 1/2 cup
carrot – 1/2 cup
chicken stock – 4 cup
Noodles – 3 tbsp
Butter – 1 tbsp
Salt and Pepper
1. Boil the chicken bones and take 4 cups of stock.
2. Cut the vegetables into 1″piece .
3. Heat butter in a pan, add the onions and vegetables. saute the vegetables.
4. Add the chicken stock, if reqd add the meat also to the sauted vegetables.
5.Once stock boils, add the noodles and salt.
Serve with pepper and coriander leaves.
