Summer salad

Ingredientssalad 1

1 ripe avocado sliced

1tsp lemon juice

3 tomatoes, chopped

1/2 Mozzarella cheese, thin slices

To be mixed into a dressing

3 tbsp Olive oil or oil

1 1/2 tbsp Lemon juice

1/4 tsp Mustard powder

2 tbsp Fresh basil, finely chopped

1/4 tsp sugar (optional)

salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste

Method

  • Toss the avocado slices with ½ tsp lemon juice immediately after slicing to prevent them from decoloring.
  • Combine all the ingredients of the salad in a serving bowl, add the salad dressing and toss well.
  • Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
  • Serve chilled.
