Egg Drop soup

Ingredients sh

Spinach -1 bunch
Chicken stock – 5cups

Nutmeg – a pinch
Corn flour – 4 tsp
Egg – 2 nos (beaten)
Egg White – 2 nos (beaten)
Butter – ½ tsp (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation :
1. Wash and cut spinach very fine.

2. Boil the chicken stock water mixed salt and pepper.

3. Add a pinch of nutmeg.

4. Dissolve corn flour in little water and add beaten eggs

5. Add Butter, simmer for a second. Serve hot.
