Coconut chutney

Ingredients

  • Coconut  – 1 cup
  • Roasted split chick peas – 1/2 cup
  • Garlic            – 3 pods
  • Ginger          – 1 tsp
  • Green chilli     – 3 nos
  • Salt to taste
  • Hing             – 1 tsp
  • Oil – 2 tsp

For seasoning

Method

  • Grind all the above items together.
  • Heat a pan, do the seasoning and add the ground paste; mix well.
