Chilli Tomato Chutney


  • Onion            – 1 no
  • Red tomato – 2 no
  • Garlic            – 4 pods
  • Green chilli     – 6 no
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil – 2 tsp

For Seasoning:


  • Chop onion, tomato and garlic.
  • Fry onion, tomato, garlic, and green chilli in a fry pan; allow it to cool.
  • Grind together with adding salt.
  • Heat a pan, do the seasoning and add the ground paste; mix well.
  • Cook in a low flame, till oil separates from the mix.
