Sago (Javarisi) Thayir Pachadi

Ingredients:

1. Sago: ½ cup

2. Green chillies: 4

3. Mustard: 1 tsp

4. Urid dal: 1tsp

5. Oil: 1 tsp

6. Salt

7. Curry leaves: 1strig

8. Coriander leaves: few

9. Curd: 2 ladles

Method:

  1. In a kadai put a teaspoon of oil and add sago. Fry till it pops up. Remove and add it to a cup of warm water and keep aside for atleast half-an-hour.
  2. Chop green chillies, coriander and curry leaves.
  3. Beat curd well and add soaked sago along with salt.
  4. In a small kadai put remaining one teaspoon oil and add mustard. When it pops up add chopped green chillies, coriander and curry leaves. Stir well and add it to the curd.
