Raw Banana – 2 nos
Mustard Seeds – ½ tbsp
Urad dal – ½ tbsp
Onion – ½ ( cut into small pieces)
Curry leaves – few
Turmeric powder – a pinch
Coconut – ¼ cup (grated)
Oil – 3 tbsp
Water – ½ cup
Green Chillies – 1
- In a Pan, heat the oil and add the mustard seeds, let it splutter.
- Add urad dal let it turn golden yellow. Now add Onion, curry leaves and green chilli.
- Fry the onion translucent, add water, turmeric powder and salt. Allow it to boil.
- Now add the cut raw banana. Allow it to cook.
Finally add coconut and fry it for another 1 minute. Raw banana fry is ready to serve.
