Potato and peas salad in Vinaigrette


saladSmall potatoes – 2 cups boiled
Peas – 1 cup boiled
To be mixed in a dressing
2 tbsp Vinaigrette
1/2 cup hung curds
1 tsp lemon juice
For the garnish
2 tbsp chopped cilantroes leaves
3 tbsp fresh cream
salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste


  • Combine the potatoes and peas in a serving bowl. Refrigerate to chill.
  • Just before serving, add the dressing and toss well.
  • Serve immediately garnished with coriander  leaves, fresh cream, salt and pepper.
