Mutton/ Chicken Kheema parathas

Ingredientskhema paratha

Atta – 1 cup

Oil -1 tsp

Salt to taste


Kheema masala -1/2 cup

How to make kheema masala


  1. Mix atta in a bowl add a pinch of salt and keep it aside.
  2. Prepare kheema masala as per given. Transfer the content to a plate allows it to cool down.
  3. Now divide atta into equal portion, make it to a cup shape and stuff the kheema.
  4. Roll out the parathas applying even pressure.
  5. Take a pan cook the parathas with little oil on sides.

Serve with raita and pickle
