Atta – 1 cup
Oil -1 tsp
Salt to taste
Kheema masala -1/2 cup
- Mix atta in a bowl add a pinch of salt and keep it aside.
- Prepare kheema masala as per given. Transfer the content to a plate allows it to cool down.
- Now divide atta into equal portion, make it to a cup shape and stuff the kheema.
- Roll out the parathas applying even pressure.
- Take a pan cook the parathas with little oil on sides.
Serve with raita and pickle
