Lychees stewed Apple Juice

 

Ingredients:

Fresh lychees  -1 cup
Apple                 -1/2 cup
Ginger                – ½ tbsplyc

Sugar as per taste

Method:

1. Cut the apple and make it into juice

2. In a sauce pan, add the lychees and pour the apple juice over them.
3. Add the ginger slice and simmer gently for 2-3 minutes.
4. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
5. Serve cold.
