- Heavy cream – 2/3 cup
- Semi sweet chocolate – 12 ounces, chopped into very small pieces
- Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
- Cocoa – 1/3 cup
- In a small pan over medium heat, bring the heavy cream just to boil. Remove from heat.
- Add the chopped chocolate and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is completely smooth.
