Chocolate truffles

shIngredients:

  • Heavy cream – 2/3 cup
  • Semi sweet chocolate – 12 ounces, chopped into very small pieces
  • Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
  • Cocoa – 1/3 cup

Preparation:

  1. In a small pan over medium heat, bring the heavy cream just to boil. Remove from heat.
  2. Add the chopped chocolate and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is completely smooth.
  3. Chill the mixture until its hard and to roll it to balls.
  4. Roll the ball in the cocoa powder and Served chill.
