Chocolate Salami Fudge

Dark Chocolate – 250g

Unsalted butter – 75g

Digestive Marie biscuits – 125 (broken into small pieces)

Cashew, Walnuts, Pistachios – 100g (roasted and chopped)

Strong coffee- 15ml

Powdered sugar- for dusting


  • Melt the chocolate and butter for 1 minute in a microwave proof bowl. Mix well and cool.
  • Stir the remaining ingredients and make sure they are uniformly mixed. Cover and refrigerate till slightly set, yet mouldable.
  • Transfer to sheets of cling-film and roll into two salami shaped rolls- 2 inches wide and 7 inches long. Twist the sides like a sweet wrapper. Chill until firm for about 1-2 hrs.
  • Remove from the cling-film and roll in powdered sugar. Brush off the excess sugar and slice with a knife. Store at room temperature in a cool place.
