Choco Fudge

Ingredients:choc fudge

Condensed Milk – 1 tin (Milkmaid)

Powdered Sugar – ½ cup

Cocoa – ¾ cup

Cashew, Walnut, Pistas- 1 cup (unsalted, roasted, chopped)

Butter – ¼ kg

Maida – 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients except the nuts in a deep pan and heat it.
  2. Cook on a slow fire for 10-15 mins until mixture thickens. Combine it into a soft ball.
  3. Switch of the stove add the nut mixture to the dough.
  4. Spread the dough into a maida butter greased tray. Refrigerate it.
  5. When cool cut into pieces and serve.
