Aam ras

Ingredientsaam ras

Mango   – 1 kg Mango
Sugar     -200 gms (powdered)

Milk        -1/2 litre

Method

  • Wash the  mangoes, peel and cut into small pieces.
  • Grind the mango pieces in a mixer and strain the juice.
  • Mix sugar in the cold milk and add to the mango juice.
  • Add water  if required for consistency.
  • Serve chilled with  paratha or roti
