Mango – 1 kg Mango
Sugar -200 gms (powdered)
Milk -1/2 litre
- Wash the mangoes, peel and cut into small pieces.
- Grind the mango pieces in a mixer and strain the juice.
- Mix sugar in the cold milk and add to the mango juice.
- Add water if required for consistency.
- Serve chilled with paratha or roti
