American sweet corn salad


3 cups boiled sweet corn kernels
1/3 cup Spring onions with greens, chopped
1/3 cup Capsicum cubes, finely chopped
1/3 cup Tomato cubes,

For the dressing
Vinaigrette Dressing


  • Mix all the ingreidients except half portion of tomatoes and spring onion greens
  • Toss with the dressing and refrigerate
  • Garnish with the remaining tomatoes and spring onions before serving.
