Yoga for nerve problems

The Nervous System is responsible for essential body and mind functions. If one is able to control his/her physical/mental well being  through a proper exercises then  nervous system of  that person can be well maintained. Yoga teaches you to calm as well as stimulate your nervous system so as to enable it to  function properly. Once when the nerves in the body functions well, then  body gets the flexibility to move. It is also essential  to control the brain and the nervous system  so that your body relaxes. Yoga helps in controlling the mind and so the emotions  and fear that appears in the mind can be trained to control.  Some of the yoga asana to control the nerve problems are the following.

Adho Mukha Svanasana (Downward-Facing Dog Pose)

Forward Bend

Uttanasana- Standing forward fold

Balasana (Child Pose)

Triangle Pose
