1. Microfiber cloth grabs dirt, with almost no need for cleaning solutions at all. The cover for the microfiber floor mop can also be thrown in the washer.
2. Remove the dull film on no-wax linoleum with 1/2 cup of white vinegar mixed in a litre of water.
3. Crayon marks on the floor can be removed with toothpaste. Add toothpaste to a damp cloth and rub marks off.
4. Use a mixture of 1 cup of vinegar to a bucket of water for general floor cleaner.
5. Remove wax stains with club soda. Pour the soda on the scrub, and soak for few minutes.
6. For a strong floor cleaner, mix 1/3 cup of borax, 1 teaspoon of liquid dish soap, and 1 tablespoon of ammonia to a bucket of warm water.
7. Remove water stains from wooden floors with toothpaste. Dampen a soft cloth and add toothpaste. Rub with the cloth.
8. Clean your wood floors with 1 tablespoon of white vinegar in warm water.
