Starting your day with a fresh fruit juice is always a good option. You will start to feel more energetic and  you boost your immune system also. Though having a fresh fruit by itself  is always a better option  than juicing.  Choices that you could be getting by pouring many more nutritional benefits by combining two or three fruits  will remain.
